Payroll Administrator Department: Finance and Bus Resources (FIN) Employment Type: Full Time: Location: San Antonio: Description: The Payroll Administrator is responsible for the management of employee data, maintaining payroll systems, ensuring the accuracy of timesheets and that employees are paid correctly and on time. The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices on a daily basis: 1) Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) Collaborate with key internal/external resources; 3) Participate in ongoing self-development. Essential Functions: •Performs other duties as assigned and fulfills responsibilities as required - Maintains the payroll function within the HRIS system by coordinating with internal customers and outside vendors including, but not limited to, UKG Software, Empower and CEFCU. - Processes employee data including hours worked, salaries and deductions in order to correctly administer payroll. - Reconciles batches in the payroll system for hourly employees on the Work Force Management system. - Manages payroll data for employees and updates information and deductions as needed. - Performs other payroll...
