To support the growth of our business, we’re looking for a Lisbon-based Growth Marketing Manager to own our paid media engine and lifecycle strategy, working hand-in-hand with our Tech team to ensure seamless execution and data integrity. This key role is reporting directly to the CEO and has direct ownership of acquisition and retention performance. Your Mission: Own our paid-media growth engine and the core Bloomreach lifecycle flows. You’ll set budgets, hit CAC/LTV targets, and make sure every data pipe and journey step is rock-solid. Your Responsibilities: - Lifecycle & CRM: Design and maintain the lifecycle strategy, including core Bloomreach email automations.
