Business Analyst Overview: Team main objective is to create added value for client customers through digital innovations and simplified customer-oriented service offerings and at the same time to improve efficiency of operation processes and increase sales potential (On- and Offline). Key Responsibilities: - Gathering and refining system requirements by conducting workshops with stakeholders and documenting user stories in Jira or Confluence . - Creating visual system models including flowcharts, sequence diagrams, and use case. - Translating business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications, managing the product backlog and task flow directly in Jira . - Collaborating with developers and QA teams daily to clarify requirements, participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies like daily standups. - Drafting and updating technical documentation including API specifications - Validating developed features against the original business requirements and testing APIs using Postman to ensure high-quality deliverables.
