We Make Life More Rewarding and Dignified Location : ​Libertyville​: Department : ​Human Resources Summary: The Senior Director of Human Resources Global Operations will lead and oversee all human resource activities in the four manufacturing facilities and two distribution centers, as well as Global Engineering and Global Supply Chain, including their activities in our Libertyville, Illinois Head Office. In addition, this person will be a key member of the Global Operations Senior Leadership Team representing HR in all related matters. The individual will be responsible for ensuring efficient and robust manufacturing capabilities from a human resources perspective to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs globally.
