An individual in this position is expected to exercise critical thinking and prudent judgment in the formulation and implementation of program strategies for activities that include but not limited to, program needs assessment, program action planning, implementation, communications, quality assurance, and recruitment. In collaboration with the CMS Executive Community Health Nursing Director, plans, implements and evaluates the performance of Medical Foster Care to maximize efficiency, productivity and quality service delivery.
