Overview Sales Manager – Pharmaceutical Testing (West Coast) Element is seeking a strategic Sales Manager to lead Pharmaceutical Testing commercial efforts across the West Coast. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding client relationships, and delivering EBITDA performance aligned with business goals. You will lead and develop a high-performing sales team, guiding them through the full sales cycle while maintaining strong pipeline management and CRM discipline. Partnering closely with Operations and technical teams, you’ll ensure delivery of scientifically rigorous, compliant solutions that maximize client value. As a key representative of Element’s Life Sciences capabilities—including pharmaceutical development, biologics, and advanced analytical chemistry—you will also engage with clients and industry groups to promote our services.
