Staff Software Engineer, Search Security and Privacy

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in software development. - 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products. - 5 years of experience building software for data privacy or security (e.g., identity and access management). - 3 years of experience with software design and architecture. Preferred qualifications: - Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. - 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms. - 7 years of experience in a privacy or data protection role. - 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects. - 2 years of experience designing solutions that maintain or enhance the privacy posture of the organization by analyzing and assessing proposed engineering designs (e.g., product features, infrastructure systems) and influencing stakeholders.
