Monday-Friday 2nd Shift 2:45PM-11:15PM Position Summary: Maintain plant production and facility equipment and processes to maximize equipment uptime and minimize work stoppages due to equipment or process failures. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Operate within the budgeted financial plan. - Ensure compliance to Quality System Regulations related to areas of responsibility. - Ensure the maintenance manpower works as a coordinated team player with the production and support organizations to achieve the plant's production plan. - Follow and enforce safety regulations. - Update maintenance BOPs as needed and ensure the organization is meeting the requirements of the BOPs. - Provide plant management with effective planning for future production and facility's maintenance activities and financial needs. - Plan and execute plant shutdown activities. - Coordinate the activities of the contract housekeeping organization if applicable. - Ensure that personnel are trained to do the job they are performing and that the training is documented. - Coordinate spare parts and mechanic training requirements on new production and / or facility equipment. - Update and maintain preventative mai...
