Replies within 24 hours Position Summary The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Assistant Baker partners with the Baker to ensure cakes of the highest quality are consistently prepared for our guests and contributes to superior service by meeting production demands. Following strict proprietary recipes, NbC production methods, and food safety standards, the Assistant Baker supports the baking process for our cakes, offered in a variety of flavors and sizes. The Assistant Baker embodies NbC core values and demonstrates a strong commitment to excellence, teamwork, and efficiency in the workplace. Typical Schedule: Monday–Thursday, starting at 8:30 AM, with occasional Friday shifts during peak/holiday periods. Accountabilities/Duties: - Follows NbC proprietary recipes and cake production methods with precision and achieves productivity goals - Effectively utilizes measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers and ovens, and other tools to bake cakes - Assists the Baker in preparing ingredients and equipment, placing cake pans into ovens, and monitoring the baking process - Adheres to proper packaging, labeling, and storage of baked cakes, including product rotation standards, and maintains ba...
