Our lab investigates how human pluripotent stem cells differentiate into pancreatic β-cells and applies cutting-edge tools—including CRISPR-based engineering, genomics, artificial intelligence–guided regulatory design, and functional metabolic assays—to develop next-generation cell therapies for type 1 diabetes. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to high-impact translational research. The selected candidate will perform molecular and cellular experiments, support stem cell differentiation workflows, and assist in developing and optimizing functional assays that evaluate β-cell identity and performance.
