Multi-site Dermatology Group Seeks Regional Trainer Position Details: The Regional Trainer works closely with the Training Manager and Director of Training and Compliance to execute training programs to enable our team members with the skills and competencies needed for their roles, while promoting Optima’s mission and vision. They will also provide Compliance department support as needed. This position will be an in-office role, with occasional trainings being provided remotely. The Regional Trainer will be on site in any of our regional clinics 2-3 days per week and at their home clinic for the remainder of the week. This role requires travel to clinics in the region assigned to them, currently in IN and OH. Training Responsibilities: - Deliver primary training for all new Medical Assistants (MA) and Medical Receptionists (MR). This will include MA/scribe workflows, clinical skills, EMR education and usage, Pathology and Lab workflows and documentation practices, and on-site OSHA/CLIA compliance training.
