Description This role is a “player-coach” position, requiring a strategic leader who can both directly drive sales and mentor a small, high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in medical device sales, experience in a startup environment, and a passion for scaling growth in the women’s health sector. This role is critical to expanding our market presence, building strong customer relationships, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
