POSITION SUMMARY: The Institutional Consulting Associate on the Graystone Team is often the first point of contact with clients on a broad array of services. As senior members of the service team, through regular interactions with clients, individuals in this role build trusted relationships. Leading with a client first mindset, a successful candidate for this role will have strong interpersonal skills and their focus will be on delivering an exceptional client experience. The Institutional Consulting Associate partners with the Institutional Consulting Director (ICD)/team to address the specific needs and service issues of clients to provide a consistent and positive experience.
