Investment Banking Vice President – Leveraged Finance Firm : Jefferies: Business Unit: Investment Banking – Leveraged Finance Role Overview: Jefferies is seeking a Vice President to join its Leveraged Finance group, focusing on Private Debt. The Vice President will play a critical role in originating, structuring, and executing leveraged finance transactions for sponsor-backed and non-sponsor clients. This position requires deep technical expertise, strong client management skills, and the ability to lead transaction execution while mentoring junior team members. The role offers significant exposure to senior bankers, private equity sponsors, direct lenders and corporate decision-makers, as well as meaningful responsibility in driving transaction outcomes in a fast-paced environment that is consistent with Jefferies’ partnership culture.
