Job Description: The Grounds Supervisor 2 at Truckee Meadows Community College (TMCC) oversees the planning, coordination, and supervision of campus grounds maintenance and landscape stewardship across college facilities. This position supervises grounds maintenance personnel and manages the operational delivery of the college’s Grounds Program, ensuring campus landscapes are maintained in a safe, sustainable, aesthetically pleasing, and environmentally responsible manner. The Grounds Supervisor 2 plans and schedules seasonal grounds activities; supervises turf, irrigation, horticultural, and landscape operations; manages snow removal and campus pathway safety; and supports campus events and outdoor facility operations.
