Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities - Responsible to achieve agreed SFD, stock levels and CSL, monitors ICSL, SSL for the defined portfolio. - Continuously reviews the Sales/ Production forecast of defined portfolio of a country or a group of countries on short, mid and long term, in quantity and value. - Orders items from production sites, suppliers and co-packers, and follows up deliveries in order to fulfil the sales/ production plan in timing and quantities - Communicates, manages and solves actual and potential supply issues. - Maintains and periodically reviews planning master data in SAP and IPB to implement adequate forecasting model, replenishment and stock strategies. Additional Responsibilities: - Coordinates co-packing activities with main focus on availability, saving costs, production schedule and raw material replenishment - Coordinates Import activities. - Ensures the sales forecast input from other department is on time and accurate (promotions, launches, delisting) - Prepares data for the bi-monthly reviews and consensus meeting - Manages SCM related tasks of quality issues. - Manages phase-in/ phase-out situation...
