Job DetailsJob Location: 6125 Paseo Del Norte Ste 130 - Carlsbad, CA 92011Salary Range: $21.00 - $25.00 Hourly Greet and check in patients for scheduled imaging appointments in a professional and courteous manner. Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and required identification at check-in. Confirm imaging orders and ensure all required authorizations and referrals are in place prior to the appointment. Collect copayments, deductibles, or outstanding balances according to office policy. Ensure all necessary paperwork, consent forms, and questionnaires are completed prior to imaging procedures. Scan and upload documents into the electronic medical record (EMR) system. Notify imaging technologists of patient arrival and maintain communication to support efficient patient flow. Schedule or reschedule imaging appointments as needed. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries regarding imaging services and appointments. Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
