Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience leading negotiations or business development. - Experience working with public policy teams and cross-functional stakeholders. - Experience with technical infrastructure developments and executing cross-functional projects. - Ability to travel up to 35% of the time. Preferred qualifications: - Experience developing and executing strategies to deliver exceptional solutions. - Experience working in Public Affairs within Missouri or Kansas. - Ability to identify opportunities and areas for improvement, operate independently and in a fast-moving environment. - Excellent attention to detail and political/communication skills.
