About the Role: The purpose of this role is to provide lending solutions to a high-volume large portfolio of unmanaged, new and existing small business customers. Role Type: Permanent: Role Location: 242 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000 Work Hours: Full Time (40 Hours/Week) What will your day look like? This role is accountable for: - Accepting inbound call or appointment requests in a timely manner to meet customer experience SLAs and objectives. - Engaging in outbound customer calls to help facilitate customer lending and discover additional customer needs. - Providing appropriate lending solutions to business customers using a strong knowledge of credit assessment/management and ANZ lending policies/procedures. - Building and maintaining strong internal and external networks. - Meeting and exceeding performance targets. - Planning and prioritisation of work to achieve an effective sales momentum. - Managing referrals to specialist teams.
