Role Overview: In a Nutshell… We have a new opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join our Vistry Works team at the East Midlands factory. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all costs relating to our projects. Your focus is to monitor and minimise the costs of a project and enhance margin and value for money, whilst still achieving the required standards and quality. This will include quantification and management of scheme costs for both measured works along with site variations and contra charges, customer and subcontract contract management and administration.
