Overview The Director of Wealth Market Development is responsible for sales strategies and revenue growth through leading a client facing/sales production Wealth Advisory team. This role represents Trustmark Wealth as a senior leader within the company to expand brand recognition and develop market growth strategies and new business opportunities. The Director of Market Development is responsible for defining and deploying the wealth planning delivery model internally and externally, through the design of a scalable, efficient, and profitable business model. This role leads, oversees and collaborates with other Wealth leadership to pursue thoughtful deliverables and processes for the client experience and business development functions of Wealth.
