SUMMARY: The Lead Engineer – Microsoft 365, SQL & Power Platform is responsible for the engineering leadership, delivery, and operational maturity of the bank’s core collaboration, reporting, and data platform services. This role leads a team of 3–4 engineers while remaining hands-on with complex technical initiatives, escalations, and platform improvements. Primary focus areas include Microsoft 365 workloads, Power BI and Power Platform enablement, and SQL Server platform support. The role blends technical leadership, ticket escalation, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable platforms in a regulated financial services environment. SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITES: Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
