FOSS Swim School is opening a new location in Parker, CO in August 2026. We are currently accepting Supervisor applications to start our interview process in late May. Training Commitment & Schedule: To set our team members up for success, FOSS provides structured, cohort-based training focused on our Swim Path Curriculum. This training is designed to build both teaching skills and team connection, and consistent attendance is expected. New hires must be able to commit to one full cohort and attend all scheduled sessions.
