Job description

Location : Preferred Hamburg or Düsseldorf, hybrid in our offices. We are seeking a Category Manager DACHIT to support the execution of our category strategy and accelerate our ambitious growth journey. Reporting to the Senior Category Manager DACHIT (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy), this role requires a category & shopper enthusiast with a strong analytical mindset and a deep understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour. Key Responsibilities: Market Insights & Analysis: - Analyse sales data, market trends, and shopper insights to inform category decisions - Monitor competitor activities and assess potential impacts on our categories Performance Tracking: - Continuously track and report on category performance to the business - Use insights to adjust strategies and improve overall category performance Product Portfolio Management: - Balances external realities with internal objectives and support cross-functional commercial teams (Sales, Marketing & Revenue Growth Management) towards commercial execution excellence - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic innovation projects and support new product launches through deep understanding of customer a...
