Flex Security Responder — Full Time — West Des Moines, IA Wage : $27.00/HR: Available Schedule : Must be available any day, for at least 2 shifts. What You Can Expect: - Conflict resolution and de-escalation. - Respond to security calls, alarms, and emergencies throughout the shift. - Perform access control at security entrances / exits. - Conduct lengthy patrols inside / outside the client’s premises, potentially in various weather conditions and in different types of terrain. - Frequent interactions with client employees and guests. - Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity. - Provide detailed written reports. - Work in a team environment to ensure site / organizational goals are achieved daily. - Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature...
