About Role: The Warehouse Lead is accountable for leading the day-to-day processes and successfully trouble shooting warehouse issues within their respective scope of management. Warehouse Leads are expected to accomplish their daily tasks in addition to managing high priority and complex customer issues through strong team coordination and follow-through. General hands-on duties may include one or more of the following tasks: receiving in product, stock put away, inventory management (cycle-count and rack confirmations), picking, packing, pulling, documenting and shipping customized orders, accurately and expeditiously; and in accordance with AS and ISO standards, as required.
