The Opportunity RS&H is currently seeking a Workforce Development Recruitment Specialist to to join our team in the Moving I-4 Forward, Program Office in Celebration, FL . This is an embedded position reporting to the office 5 days per week. As part of the People team, you'll serve an integral role in the firm by executing recruiting and sourcing strategies for our Construction Training Academy; assessing candidates' qualifications and matching to the requirements of current and future openings; growing a pipeline of diverse candidates through networking and making career connections; communicating hiring progress, results, and talent trends to TA leadership and hiring managers; and delivering efficiencies in hiring processes and procedures.
