Instructor - Program for Successful Employment (PSE) Baton Rouge Community College (BRCC): Baton Rouge, Louisiana: Developing Skills, Inspiring Growth, and Advancing Workforce Readiness The Instructor for the Program for Successful Employment (PSE) provides primary instructional leadership and classroom instruction for students with cognitive and developmental disabilities. This position is responsible for delivering and coordinating curriculum, assessing student learning, and supporting academic and workforce readiness outcomes. The Instructor serves as a liaison for adjunct instructors, providing instructional guidance, curriculum alignment, and ongoing support to ensure consistency across PSE courses. The Instructor may also provide limited, field-based instructional or job-coaching support outside of class time to reinforce instructional objectives, in collaboration with Transition Specialists.
