About the Role: We're seeking a hands-on, systems-minded Controller to partner closely with our VP of Finance, own the day-to-day accounting function, and build a faster, audit-ready close. You'll leverage AI tools and NetSuite to move with speed and precision — without compromising controls. This role starts fractional with a clear path to full-time. Role structure: This position begins as a fractional W-2 role (~20–26 hours/week), targeting conversion to full-time around September 2026 to align with our NetSuite implementation.
