Overview The Director Capital Management – FP&A, will play a pivotal role in overseeing Universal Technical Institute, Inc.’s capital spending strategy and execution. Reporting to the Senior Director FP&A of the company’s UTI Division, this leader will drive both strategic and tactical management of a ~$60-100M annual capex budget, directly supporting the UTI Division’s ambitious expansion goals of launching approximately 2 new campuses and 10 new programs each year. The role partners closely with senior executives across Construction, Real Estate, IT, Marketing, Procurement and Launch teams to ensure capital deployment is optimized for growth, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
