Shift: 1st Shift 6am - 2:30pm Job Summary: The fruit processing operator works under the direction of the group lead person and with the other fruit process operators. The position will provide floor support to ensure that the JBT extractors are running properly to maximize fruit throughput, recovery of juice and biproducts. In addition, this position will operate the pasteurizer when it is needed. The position will also learn additional positions in fruit processing and serve as overall support for break and lunch relief to the operator and fruit graders as required.
