Job Summary: The Architectural CAD Drafter will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings and plans to support the design and construction of residential, commercial, and/or industrial projects. This position requires proficiency in CAD software, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of architectural principles. The ideal candidate will have experience working with the Florida Building Code (FBC) and possess the ability to ensure that designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations. #CAD Responsibilities: - CAD Drafting: Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and construction documents using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) based on sketches, notes, and design concepts provided by architects and engineers. - Florida Building Code Compliance: Ensure all drawings and plans comply with the Florida Building Code (FBC) and other relevant regulations, including zoning laws and safety standards. - Blueprints & Schematics: Develop blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics for various projects, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing elements. - Project Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, contrac...
