DUTIES ARE AS FOLLOWS: 1. Ability to visually inspect tanks for cosmetic defects. 2. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written and oral instructions. 3. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. 4. Must be willing to work in a team-oriented environment. 5. The cleaner is to remove all weld spatter, burs and rust from pressure vessel using a scraper, chisel and hammer or sander. 6. Cleaner is to sand any repair areas and attachments of pressure vessel. 7. If the vessel is to be shipped without paint, the cleaner is to wipe the vessel with cleaner and remove stickers from vessel 8. Cleaner will remove rough spots from work piece, using portable grinder, hand file, or scraper. 9. Must be able to strip materials using steel shot, grit, Aluminum Oxide or other agent. 10. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and finishing specifications as they relate tofinishing Steel Fab products. 11. Must be able to blast exterior of product to specific profiles 12. Proper usage and maintenance of respiratory equipment. 13. Must replenish the abrasive hopper when necessary. 14. Must be...
