Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in front-end development, with modern web, android and ios technologies and frameworks, in Java or Kotlin, and JavaScript or Typescript. - 3 years of experience in a people management role, including hiring, developing, growing front-end engineers and technical leads at various levels, and strategy. Preferred qualifications: - 3 years of experience working in a complex organization. - Experience supporting front-end design and engineering. - Experience with web applications or mobile application development landscapes. - Track record of strong and successfully delivering open-ended, challenging applications and end-to-end systems from initial concept to launch, requiring collaboration with teams and cross-functional partners. - Understanding of product development lifecycle.
