Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Restructure for Impact and Sustainability Effort (RISE), a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative impacting over 9 million Veterans. This role will provide direct program management support across multiple implementation workstreams, ensuring alignment, coordination, and successful execution of transformation activities. The Program Manager will work within a structured governance model, supporting executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and implementation sprints to drive measurable outcomes and operational improvements.
