The role: We are looking for a Supply Chain Lead to own and scale the supply chain function at Vow. This is a hands-on, builder role for someone who thrives on getting things moving — physically, operationally, and systemically. You'll own end-to-end logistics across domestic and international lanes, while shaping how we procure, store, track, and move everything from raw materials and consumables through to finished products. You'll spend your time split between the warehouse floor and the systems behind it — coordinating inbound and outbound freight, managing relationships with 3PLs, freight forwarders, brokers, and suppliers, keeping inventory accurate, and designing the processes and tools that will let us scale tenfold without breaking.
