The HR Business Partner delivers strategic HR advice to the Top and Senior Management of the Bank, therefore supporting the Region/Unit Heads and their direct reports in the implementation of the Business Strategy. The HR Business Partner acts as a partner to Line Management with regard to Change Management, Organizational Development and Human Capital Management and delivers guidance in leadership matters. Furthermore, he/she ensures HR policy adherence across units and locations and balances the bank’s and our employees’ interest. YOUR CHALLENGE: Define, develop and implement a people strategy and roadmap in accordance with the strategy of the Bank and the strategy of the assigned Regions and Units Consult and coach Senior Management in people management and complex HR issues with a broader scope Support Senior Management in their Human Capital Management activities, such as Strategic Workforce Management, Succession Planning, Talent Management, Low...
