Job Description: - Clean tables by removing soiled dishes, silverware, glassware, and refuse and wiping table top and seats. - Remove dishes from tables and place in plastic bus tub (approx. 40 lbs. in weight) in a timely manner. - Set up tables according to established standards. - Transport filled bus tubs to kitchen dishwashing area. - Maintain cleanliness of side station and all work areas.
