Senior Manager Talent Acquisition Description -: Our Recruitment, Inclusion, and Culture (RIC) team seeks a Senior Manager to drive business outcomes across the North America market. As the recruiting leader for North America, you will lead a team of recruiting professionals and work with senior leaders to attract top talent and enable career growth at HP. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a market recruiting team, including hiring, coaching, providing performance feedback, developing and enabling career growth in alignment with organizational goals. Drive optimization of recruitment processes for efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with laws and company policies, implementing improvements for flexibility and speed. Develop and track talent acquisition metrics and KPIs, analyzing data to measure progress and identify areas for improvement. Integrate the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) into the recruitment process to enhance a positive candidate experience.
