Essential Functions: - Responsible for leading the technical and operational execution of assigned projects. - Developing project requirements, coordinating with engineering resources, and monitoring project scope, schedule, and budget adherence. - Ensures resolution of design, material, and planning issues, supports improved engineering processes, and liaises with cross-functional departments such as Finance, Production Control, Supply Chain, and Program Management. - Ensure that all necessary technical reviews and approvals are obtained, and that compliance initiatives are supported across the organization.
