General Description: The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) plays a strategic role in aligning the HR function with the company's overall business goals. The CHRO works closely with other C-suite executives, including the CEO, CFO, CMO, and CEVP, to ensure that the HR strategy aligns with the overall business strategy. The CHRO is responsible for directing all of the people functions of the organization in accordance with the policies and practices of Caring Health Center, the ethical and social consciences of business and society, and the laws, regulations and administrative rulings of governmental organizations and other regulatory and advisory authorities and organizations. The CHRO is responsible for developing and executing the human resource strategy of the overall strategic plan and strategic direction, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation.
