Pay Grade/Pay Range: Minimum: $48,600 - Midpoint: $60,800 (Salaried E7) Department/Organization: 502201 - Student Account Services Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Job Summary: The Student Account Services Analyst supports the accurate administration, analysis, and maintenance of student financial accounts in accordance with applicable policies and regulations. Applies a comprehensive understanding of student account systems and associated policies to review account activity, resolve discrepancies, and ensure data integrity across multiple systems and processes. Collaborates with campus partners and external entities to coordinate account adjustments, maintain compliance, and support operational effectiveness. Serves as a key customer service representative by providing guidance and resolving inquiries related to student account transactions, policies, and procedures. Escalates issues as needed.
