What this job involves: The Operating Engineer will ensure optimal performance and reliability of facility systems through comprehensive maintenance operations. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with systematic troubleshooting skills to maintain safe, efficient, and comfortable building environments. Will execute a comprehensive preventive maintenance program designed to maximize equipment reliability which will include performing scheduled inspections, routine servicing, and component replacements across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems according to manufacturer specifications and established mai...
