Description Promote Rail City Casino to increase customer awareness and business levels. Responsible for conducting guest transactions in an accurate and efficient manner; including exchange of gaming instruments for cash and guest inquiries, maintain the cage cash summary, cage balance sheet, Title 31 MTL log and all paperwork. Responsible for performing Kiosk cash fills, and ATM cash fills. Responsible for leading and managing a team of Guest Service Center Representatives. Requirements: - Support marketing promotions and community events as needed, to include assisting with development/planning of incentive programs, special events and promotional efforts, including registrations, execution of marketing and/or special events and acting as a support emcee for drawings, giveaways and special events as needed or required - Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information. - Training, coaching, and managing the performance of the guest services center team. - Creating staffing schedules aligned with the 24/7 business needs of the casino. - Assist with marketing collateral such as print, electronic, social media and direct marketing outlets, to include proof-reading, printing...
