About This Role: Compass Health Center is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Finance team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our financial operations running smoothly; managing invoices, maintaining vendor and client relationships, supporting month-end processes, and ensuring accuracy across all AP/AR activities. Your work behind the scenes helps ensure our teams can stay focused on what matters most: delivering exceptional care to our patients. This is a work-from-home position; however, employment is limited to individuals residing in Illinois or Wisconsin in accordance with applicable employment laws.
