JOB DESCRIPTION: JOB TITLE: Database Administrator GRADE: Non-Union DEPARTMENT: Marketing REPORTS TO: Database Manager PAY TYPE: BENEFITS: $46,000-$50,000 salary, depending on experience 21 yrs of age Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability Insurance , 401(k), Paid Time Off, Education Assistance, Team Member Discounts POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the development and growth of the customer database by supervising direct mail initiatives and direct marketing programs. Oversee the development of new marketing systems, policies and procedures. Manage outside agencies and mail houses to ensure timely and precise program execution. Familiarization with all Harrah’s brand programs and systems and provides input to improve Brand direct marketing efforts. Maintain compliance with policies and procedures. Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. Presents oneself as a credit to Harrah’s and encourages other to do the same.
