SUMMARY: The Assistant Branch Leader (ABL) oversees the day-to-day operations of assigned branch (or branches) and reinforces the Bank's vision through personal modeling of expected sales, service and risk management behaviors. The ABL is a branch-based role and acts as the in-branch leader on a day-to-day basis. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and special projects may be assigned. - Assist the Market Leader in ensuring the branch meets and exceeds day to day established goals through personal and staff production. - Lead, direct, manage and coach all personnel within a branch to meet and exceed established short-term and long-term goals, to include sales, customer satisfaction and risk management. The ABL takes the lead role in being the "sales coach" for the branch. - Direct and coordinate the day-to-day activities of a Branch, involving responsibility and accountability for budget, personnel, goal-achievement, compliance and risk requirements, and 100% client satisfaction. - Ensure that branch operation functions are managed accurately and timely.
