Mechanical Design Engineer – Power Distribution Equipment (Switchgear) Location: Marietta, OH Employment Type: Direct Hire Compensation: Starting at $90,000+ annually, based on experience Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to lead the development of low-voltage power distribution equipment, specifically switchgear assemblies built to UL 891 standards. This role focuses on creating detailed mechanical designs that are compliant, manufacturable, and aligned with project requirements. This is a hands-on engineering position requiring prior experience with switchgear design, strong CAD capabilities, and close coordination with electrical engineering and manufacturing teams.
