You will represent our hospice services to facility staff, attending physicians, hospitals, patients, and families, ensuring they understand our compassionate approach to end-of-life care. Your role will include public relations, education, and fostering relationships between our hospice team and the communities we serve. Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with referral sources to drive patient admissions Implement and contribute to strategic marketing and outreach initiatives Provide education on hospice services and end-of-life care to healthcare providers, facilities, and the community Maintain accurate records, including sales call logs, referrals, and expense reports Address service concerns, resolve issues promptly, and provide exceptional customer service Adapt to evolving business needs and demonstrate professionalism in difficult situations Exhibit strong communication, negotiation, and public speaking sk...
