About the role: Join Ipsos as a Finance Assistant within our Commercial Finance team of 31 specialists supporting 18 service lines across the UK. You’ll play a central role in maintaining project financial integrity — keeping forecasts up to date, processing supplier invoices, supporting month-end reporting and helping manage cashflow and billing. You’ll partner with project leads and Finance Business Partners to deliver timely, actionable insights that drive profitable projects, while identifying small but impactful process and system improvements to reduce manual effort. This role offers exposure to ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP), strong use of Excel and reporting tools, and opportunities to coach non-finance colleagues so they can self-serve basic tasks.
